Healthy Avocado Sandwich

For this Sandwich you need two slices of bread, lettuce, three slices of avocado, pepper jack cheese, hummus, and cucumber. 
Stack your layers whichever way you choose, but don't add your lettuce, then place your sandwich into a pan and melt the cheese slightly. After one minute add your lettuce then flip and let sit for another thirty seconds. Enjoy!
