- Ice
- Handful of blueberries (or any other fruit you want)
- A little less than a cup of milk
- Honey
- Vanilla extract (Put a little in then test how it tastes. Too much and it will taste weird)
Directions:
- Put everything in a blender and tada! It's really that simple. It only took about 5 minutes and I had a great snack, and it was healthy!
